Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A valid name, contact information, and payment details are required to confirm a booking.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Bank Transfers
Cash (local currency)
A 50% deposit is required at booking; the balance is due at check-in.
Children under 5 years stays free when using existing bedding.
Extra beds and cots are available on request (subject to availability and additional charges).
Maximum of 2 extra beds per room.
Pets are not allowed on the premises. (If allowed, adjust policy to include conditions and fees.)
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
A cleaning fee of 1000 will be charged for violations.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Personal information is collected only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
Data is handled in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
We do not sell or rent your data.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@triarea4leisure.com.
Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, and property respectfully.
Loud noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Safety rules and emergency procedures must be followed at all times.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or furnishings during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest’s payment method.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
